In the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Opéra, La Maison Favart offers the charm of an 18th-century mansion. The origins of this hotel lie in the love affair between Charles-Simon Favart, director of the Opéra Comique, and Justine Duronceray, a young actress. These two artists were the driving force behind the Opéra Comique, also known as the Salle Favart.
As soon as you cross the threshold of this 4-star hotel, you're transported back to the 18th century! The elegant decor features a fireplace, upholstered armchairs, gilded wood mirrors, silk and velvet curtains, antique portraits, crystal chandeliers and pastel tones...
The 39 rooms and suites have evocative names: Baiser Doux, Carmen, a 36m2 duplex suite. The hotel's nugget: the Petite Maison Favart, the former apartments of Charles-Simon and Justine Favart: 75m2 on two levels with a view of the Opera. No restaurant here, but there's no shortage of quality restaurants in the area! A library, an honesty bar and a wellness center featuring a swimming pool with waterfalls and jets, a fitness room, a sauna and a massage room complete the offer of this boutique-hotel like no other.
